| Objective To study the difference of expression of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 between test group (3 period) and control group(1 period), understand the difference of reaction of NSCLC for difference group of TXT+CBP NACT. Methods The test group and control groups' expression of MMP-2,TIMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemical method,then the ratios of MMP-2/TIMP-2 were calculated. Results Test group's positive rate of MMP-2. TIMP-2 were 36%(9/25), 28%(7/25), ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 was 1.29;control group's positive rate of MMP-2,TIMP-2 were 80%(20/25),44%(11/25), ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 was 1.82,control group's positive rate of MMP-2 and ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 were higher than those of test group.Positive rate of MMP-2 and ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 in NSCLC tissues of LNM(+) were higher than those of LNM(一).In control group positive rate of MMP-2 and ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 in middle-low differentiation NSCLC tissues were higher than high differentiation ones.The positive rates of MMP-2,TIMP-2 in middle-low differentiation NSCLC tissues of test group were significant lower than those in control group and the ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 was lower too. The positive rate of MMP-2 of squamous carcinoma in test group was lower than in control group. Conclusion The positive rates of MMP-2,TIMP-2 and the ratio of MMP-2/TIMP-2 were lower after3 periods TXT+CBP NACT. the difference of expression was correlated to tumor invasion,differentiation and reaction of TXT+CBP NACT.It may serve as a parameter for determining biological behavior and reaction of TXT+CBP NACT of NSCLC. |
