Objective: To observe effect of the law of Bushenjianpihuoxue on treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Wistar female rats of experimental animal common were devided into five groups randomly:The sham group were madeasham operation. The other four groups were ovariectomized bilaterally to mould the models of osteoporosis.The rats were executed after feeding 12 weeks with medicines.Suavival rats were executed in 24 hour after the last lavaged. Samples determined and analyzed with E2, LH, FSH and BGP, which were determined by radioimmunosaay,and ALP was detected by IFCC.The left legs were determined by bone density machine,TGF-β1 was determined with immunohistochemistry SABC method in thyoid gland.Results: In this studies,firstly,experimental animal's uterus index uterineccc estradiol group can significantly increase(P<0.05); the Baogukangfang group can causse bone mineral group index,estradiol group compared with no significant difference(P>0.05). Secondly, animal models's biochemical indicators:the blank group,the baogukanfang group could significantly decrease BGP, ALP levels(P<0.05), E2 levels(P<0.05).Thirdly,animals hormone indexes:compared with the blank model group, the baogukangfang group can be reduced LH, FSH hormone levels(P<0.05). Fourthly animals femoral and tibial bone density in vitro: compared with the model blank group, the Baogukangfang group BMD signifycantly(P<0.05). Fifthly thyroid TGF-β1 immunohistochemistry revealed: the model blank expression of TGF-β1 in rat thyroid follicular perivascular can see a lot of brown positive product.Compared with the model blank group,the Baogukangfang group will thyroid side of the expression of TGF-β1(P<0.05).Conclusions: The law of Bushenjianpihuoxue to correct the high turn over rate of ovarian osteoporosis and promote bone formation, to a certain degree of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.The law of Bushenjianpihuoxue on regulation by thyroid TGF-β1 may play a role inprevention of osteoporosis.
