It is very important to research on combination the syndrome Patterns in TCM with the lab diagnosis in western medicine, but rarely by far. in order to combine TCM Differential Syndrome pattern with objective indexes, try to find a helpful way in making TCM diagnosis more objective and accurate.180 cases of CHB were divided into six TCM syndrome pattern groups: Gan-Dan-Shi-Re group, Shi-Xie-Kun-Pi group Gan-Yu-Qi-Zhi group, Gan-Yu-Pi-Xu group, Gan-Shen-Yin-Xu group ,Gan-Yu-Xue-Yu group. In Lab, we select endpoint chromogenic assay test on hepatitis B virus and use endpoint chromogenic assay on endotoxin , and use blood serum automatism biochemistry analysis instrument test on Liver Function , and RIA on Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF-a) , and RIA on interleukine 6 (IL-6) to do research work, and then use statistic methodology to analysis on the result and the relativity of them.As Results, we found that there are statistic distinguish between Gan-Dan-Shi-Re group and other groups on AST,ALT,TBIL; there are statistic distinguish between Shi-Xie-Kun-Pi group and Gan-Shen-Yin-Xu group on ALB; there are statistic distinguish between Gan-Yu-Qi-Zhi group and Gan-Dan-Shi-Re group,Shi-Xie-Kun-Pi group and Gan-Shen-Yin-Xu group ,Gan-Yu-Xue-Yu group on A/G .There are not statistic distinguish between groups on LPS. There are also statistic distinguish between Shi-Xie-Kun-Pi group and Gan-Dan-Shi-Re group, Gan-Yu-Qi-Zhi group, Gan-Yu-Pi-Xugroup ,Gan-Yu-Xue-Yu group on TNF. There are also statistic distinguish between normal group and other groups on IL-6 . There are also statistic distinguish between Gan-Yu-Qi-Zhi group and Shi-Xie-Kun-Pi group on different morbifical age.This is helpful on TCM syndrome pattern determination in CHB . So it is very much obviously that the further research on the relationship of syndrome pattern and objective indexes has very important signification.
