Object 1.A New Zealand rabbit lumbar vertebra vitodynamics destabilizing model been designed to observe the rabbit's lumbar vertebra endplate X-ray and pathologic change, compare the difference from disparity phases and investigate the relationship between lumbar vertebra destabilizing and the destabilizing leading to endplate degeneration. 2.The autos deep fascia strip been used to make a experimental repair with these model mentioned above then research autos deep fascia strip repairing vertebra vitodynamics destabilizing with nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray, bone density and pathologic methods, for prevention and cure lumbar vertebra disc endplate degenerative pathologic changes, which purposed not only to provide a theoretical evidence in cure of lumbar vertebra destabilizing disease but also to provide a new idea and pathway .Methods 30 healthy New Zealand rabbits with 6 months are selected for the test. 30 rabbits are divided into 2 groups which are the test group and the control groups, the test group has 20 rabbits and the control group has 10 rabbits selected in random ways. Operating on group of test rabbits, lead the change of lumbar vertebra destabilizing, the control group rabbits only have an operation with incision of skin and sew up. Breed these 2 groups under the same condition, do X-ray test after 3 month and 6 month respectively. Disk tissue been harvested from both group's 10 rabbits after 3 month, and after 6 month from the other 10 rabbits, then compare these 2 groups with the change of pathology. 2.Choosing 30 healthy New Zealand rabbits with 6 month. Operating on rabbits, lead the change of lumbar vertebra destabilizing and discus intervertebralis degeneration. Dividing these 16 rabbits into 2 groups which are the group of degeneration for control group and the group of reparation for test group, group of degeneration have 8 rabbits and the group of control have 8 rabbits which are selected in random ways. Breeding these 2 groups under the same condition, then secondly operate on the group of reparation after 3 month, use itself deep fascia strip to fix interspinous structure in order to repair lumbar vertebra destabilizing. To compare these two group with nuclear magnetic resonance, x-ray and bone density or to observe pathematology consequence in three month later after the second time of operation.Results 1.After 6 month later from the time of destabilization operation, that the test group have obviously calcify and labio-hyperplasia and form osteophyma at L3-6, lumbar vertebra appearance aboral prominence and side incline prominence around L4,5, the group of test shown that after 3 month on the above degeneration is not obviously through X-ray test. The cobb-horn of test group with 3 month was smaller than the 6 month group. The appearance of HE staining of pathology shown that, the group of test rabbits cells are not regulation compared to the group of control, endplate cell layers obviously decreased, the thickness of endplate getting thin, cell degeneration appeared there and the area of blood vessel under the endplate reduced, the annular fibrosus of disc getting thin, the arrange disordered. The 6 month test group is more serious than the 3month test group. Then Measure the gray scale value of AS stain with computer pathology system. Control group's gray scale value is the lowest. The lower one is the three months test group and the 6 month test group's gray scale value is the highest. 2.The MRI of group of degeneration shown that lumbar vertebra appearance aboral prominence abnormity around L4,5, retrocession of discus intervertebralis, meninx fibrosa bundle compressional modeompression , intervertebral space is narrow, operation range of nucleuonagrad typegelatinosus T2WI appear hypo-signal, cerebrospinal fluid linea alba form obviously impression on discus intervertebralis. The group of reparation spinal column aboral prominence is more lighter than group of degeneration and cerebrospinal fluid linea alba lampros and there is no obvious impression .There is no intervertebral space narrow. The signal intensity of T2WI discus intervertebrales was more high than the group of cataplasis.3.X-ray shown that after 6monthes the group of degeneration appearance obviously calcify and labio-hyperplasia and form osteophyma at L3-6, lumbar vertebra appearance aboral prominence and side incline prominence around L4,5, the group of reparation aboral prominence lightly, calcify, labio-apparent and osteophyma are not clear. Cobb-corner of the group of reparation is smaller than the group of degeneration at the samephase; 4.Bone density of the group of reparation is lower than the group of degeneration. Bone rarefaction of the group of reparation is more serious than the group of degeneration. 5.Pathology Hematoxylin and Eosin Staining showed that the group of degeneration endplate cell arrange is more chaotic than the group of reparation ,and endplate cell layer are obviously decreased, The thickness of endplate turned thinner, and appearing cell degeneration, annular fibrous turned thinner and rank confused. PAS Staining shown that the group of degeneration was darker than the group of reparation, the group of reparation's proteoglycan contents was more than the group of degeneration.Conclusions The degeneration of lumbar vertebra endplate is related to lumbar vertebra stabilization; the longer lumbar vertebra destabilizing, the more serious vertebra cartilage endplate degeneration is; the major etiopathogenisis of lumbar vertebra degeneration is lumbar vertebra vitodynamics destabilize. There is distinction in morphology after lumbar vertebra destabilizing operating lumbar vertebra cartilage on taking to experimentally repair rabbit lumbar vertebra destabilizing.
