Objective: Tumor recurrence rate determine the long prognosis of HCC patients after OLT. Our purpose is to investigate the effects of prograf on remnant hepatocellular carcinoma cells in the liver receptors with HCC after OLT, so we can instruct the selection of anti-rejection drug, and improve the long prognosis. Methods: MTT assay, RT-PCR and Western blot were used to examine the expression of c-met and TGF-αin the hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 cultured in vitro. Results: The expression of c-met and TGF-αin prograf group (at concentration of 5μg/L) was much lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Prograf can inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cell.
