Objective: Observe the effect of electro-acupuncture simulating "Neiguan" point on expression of Gs-mRNA and Gi-mRNA in the myocard and bulbus medullae in experiment abnormal cardiac rate upset rats. To explore mechanism of signal transduction in acupuncture "Neiguan" acupoint to regulat rates in the two-ways. Methods: 70 healthy rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, 10 of each group. Rats were injected aconitine agents or corcilox agents to make model of tachyar rhythmia and brady rhythmia. Electro-acupuncture stimulated two sides "Neiguan" , then observing the change of cardiac rhythm and bulbus medullae by ECG. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Gs-,Gi2-,Gi3-mRNA in myocard and bulbus medullae and the contribution of electro-acupuncture stimulation later. Results: Rates decreased greatly after electro-acupuncture "Neiguan" rats tachyarrhythmia induced by aconitine. Gs- mRNA was decreased and Gi2-,Gi3-mRNA was increased greatly; Rate Increased greatly after Electro-acupuncture "Neiguan" induced rats brady-arrhythmia by corcilox. Gs-mRNA increased and Gi2-,Gi3-mRNA decreased greately. Conclusions: Acpuncture "Neiguan" in the two-way regulats rates and rectificate arrhythmia, G protein-coupled signaling systerm is one of the roads to acupuncture regulate different disorder, which is related with the change of G protein. |
