Objective: To clinically analyze three cases of iridocorneal endothelial syndrome.Subjects: Case 1 displayed unilateral peripheral anterior synechiae, localized atrophy of iris and secondary glaucoma, and confocal microscope found the epithelioid-like cells at the corneal endothelium.Case 2 displayed edema of the corneal endothelium , peripheral anterior synechiae, extensive atrophy of iris and secondary glaucoma in both eyes. Case 3 displayed localized peripheral anterior synechiae, irregular atrophy of iris, and specular microscope found enlarged and irregular-shape endothelial cells with central spot of light.IOP were controlled with combined treatment of β-receptor blocker and α-receptor agonist for case 1 and 2.Conclusion: The etiology, clinical manifestation, examination methods and treatment haven't been made fully clear for iridocomeal endothelial syndrome. Confocal microscope can greatly improve the accuracy to diagnose ICE syndrome. Clinically, we can try to adopt the combined treatment of β-receptor blocker and α-receptor agonist to control IOP.
