Qi And Yin And Blood Circulation Of The Mouse Model Of Pulmonary Fibrosis, Tgf-��1 In

Objective: To discuss forming effect on the rat models of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis by Danshen parenteral solution and Shenmai parenteral solutionMethods: Reproduce the rat models of pulmonary fibrosis by injecting bleomycin to trachea , 72 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,including the normal group,the modeled group,the Danshen group,the Danshen and Shenmai group.Each group had 18 rats.Then treat the rat models by Danshen parenteral solution or by Danshen parenteral solution and Shenmai parenteral solution meanwhile , and observe Danshen parenteral solution and Shenmai parenteral solution effect on the rat models with the target of pulmonary pathology , expression of TGF- β 1 in pulmonary tissue by use of immunohistochemical technique, and expression of TGF-β 1 in BALF by use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: All rats that were injected BLMA showed Danshen parenteral solution could reduce pulmonary pathological damage. At the same time,we also observed that it could suppress the abnormal increasing expression of TGF- β 1 in BALF of interstitial pulmonary fibrosis mice.Conclusion: Danshen parenteral solution and Shenmai parenteral solution have good effect on relief the models of pulmonary fibrosis reproduced by bleomycin when they were used at the same time.
