The experiment uses male Wistar rat 120, randomly divided into 15 groups: The normal group, the AA model group, the bondage stress model group, the AA needle Guanyuan group, the AA needle Mingmen group, the AA needle Zusanli group, the AA moxibustion Guanyuan group, the AA moxibustion Mingmen group, the AA moxibustion Zusanli group, the bondage stress model needle Guanyuan group, the bondage stress model needle Mingmen group, the bondage stress model needle Zusanli group, the bondage stress model moxibustion Guanyuan group, the bondage stress model moxibustion Mingmen group and the bondage stress model moxibustion Zusanli group, each group of 8. The experiment chooses the acupuncture point for Shanzhong, Guanyuan and the non- point.
