Electric Needle Leong, Yin Ling Quan Treatment Of Primary Hyperlipidemia Clinical Efficacy Studies

Object: Inserting fenglong and yinlingquan with electronic needle to observating blood lipid, clinical symptoms and the impact of security and provide the scientific basis for clinical acupuncture treatment.Methods: Use random, contrast, the open clinical research methods. Tanzhuo-69 cases of patients are randomly divided into needles groups and drug treatment group, treated with different treatment for six weeks and the three-month later, observate and analysis the symptoms, blood lipid changes, and compare efficacy and safety. All statistical analyses use SPSS10.0.Results: (1) The two groups are compareable in base-line. (2) In improving clinical symptoms, needle group and drug group's symptoms scores compared with the respective prior to treatment are both significant differences (P<0.01); Three-month later, electric needles group' s clinical symptoms compared with after-treatment is no obvious differences (P>0.05), But scores has a downward trend; Drug group' s symptom is significant differences (P<0.05), but compared with the treatment of the former, there is still a long-term efficacy (P<0.05). Two general practitioners have significant differences in efficacy comparison. (P<0.05).(3) In declining blood lipid, two TC content after treatment compared with before treatment have are more marked prominence differences (P<0.01), compared with no differences between groups (P>0.05): Three-month later, compared with the respective after-treatment, there are no differences (P>0.05)and no group differences in comparisons (P>0.05). Two TG content after treatment compared with before treatment have are more marked prominence differences (P<0.01), but between groups there is more significant differences (P<0.05); Three-month later, compared with the treatment, electricity needles Group TG differences are more marked (P<0.05).Drug group is no significant differences (P>0.05). Two groups have no significant differences in efficacy and long-term efficacy (P>0.05).(4) In Safety, there are two cases in drug group mildly elevated Alt, an elevated ALP patients ,but all became normal after one week .Needles group did not unusual.
