Nuclear medical imaging is functional imaging, which is broadly used in all kinds of field, such as the diagnoses of cancer and heart's or brain's blood vessel diseases. At present, what single photon emission computed tomography and positron emission tomography gains is 3D information of the brain or the heart, which is body apparatus's projection imaging under different angles, so the research and implement of the imaging reconstruction arithmetic is very important for the development of the nuclear medical image. In addition, qualitative analysis and quantitative account based on the body apparatus's tomography imaging are also very significant for the clinic diagnoses, therapy and prognosis. The studying work of this thesis mainly includes two parts:Firstly, the thesis narrates two kinds of imaging reconstruction method: analytical method and iterative method. The latter is more applicable for SPECT because the imaging data that are collected by SPECT are incomplete and the distribution of noise is stochastic, which is in the process of data collection. The thesis mainly studies one fashionable iterative method nowadays, which is ordered subsets expectation maximization arithmetic, and realizes the method by program. At last, the author deals with the clinical data using the program. And the reconstruction result is relatively ideal.Secondly, the thesis is studying the quantitative calculating method of gated SPECT myocardial infraction of the left ventricular functional parameters. It is improved that a quantitative calculating method based on the half sphere-cylinder myocardial model. To overcome the shortages of the ellipse model and other normal methods, this method uses the half sphere-cylinder myocardial model and its subarea. The experiment shows that the result of normal men accords with the correlative reported of the domestic and international very well. It is also satisfying to the effected myocardial. Therefore, this method has a high value in the clinic.
