Material and Methods : Implanted the materials (n=46) of homemade occuluder into the subcutaneous and muscle tissue of 23 experimental rats. Microscope and histopathologic examination: The inflammation reacted comparatively acutely in the specimens which were extracted post implantation 1 week; however, inflammation reacted comparatively mitigative in the specimens post implantation 4 and after 4 weeks.
