In modern medicine, Medical Image Technology has been widely used in diagnosis and therapy, and has become an important method and tool. It is one of the most rapidly developing fields in Medicine. Brain Image Technology mainly includes analyzing, processing and three demiensional displaying of brain images. It provides doctors credible patients' brain status about illnesses, and has especially played important role in the brain surgery and futher therapy. Therefore, there are important applications in the study of Brain Image Technology.The works in this paper mainly includes: 1) analyzing the DICOM(digital image communication in medicine) standard and file format; 2) de-noising brain images using lifting the scheme-based discrete wavelet transform; 3) studying the RBF(radial basis function) algorithm, implementing the display of Real 3D Head Model and EEG maping; 4)in addition, designing and developing a software for brain image processing and displaying.
