Objectives: To understand the toxicology security, the anti-oxidized effect ingredient stability and the anti- oxidized function of Elaeagnus mollis oil.Method: 1. By the date recommendation dosage design according to 5 times, 50 times, 100 times to 60 kilograms-body weights adults date amount supposes monitoring teams were devided three teams and no dose was regarded as negative team. The 30-day feeded experiment of mouse and the acute toxicity test of rat were carried on the toxicology security experiment. 2. The examination of the Vitamin E content in samples is carried on by the HPLC. 3. By the date recommendation quantity dosage design according to 5, 10, 30 times supposes to 60 kilograms body weights adults date amount three monitoring teams and negative team, were carried on the anti- oxidized function experiment to Elaeagnus mollis oil. Results: 1. The mice acute toxicity experiment has not been seen the performance of poisonion to animal in 14 day-long observation periods and no animal was observed death, which indicated LD50 > 19g/Kg.Bw. The actual level matter of Elaeagnus mollis oil. is non-toxic according to the acute toxic dosage graduation standard. The 30-days feeded experiment indicated the animal have no harm influence and each main internal organs roughly and under the micro inspect have not been seen the specificity pathology change. 2. The Vitamin E equal content in samples is: 1389.0 m g/1 00g, after three month-long stability tests, the content difference does not have the significance (P>0.05) 3. By comparsion the difference of animal red blood cell SOD activeness in various monitoring teams and negative team does not have the significance (P>0.05); Whole blood GSH-PX activeness in animal of various monitoring teams has the distinct enhancement compared to negative team (P<0.05,P<0.01); MDA content in mouse of various monitoring teams liver was significantly lower than the control team (P<0.01).Conclusion: 1. In the toxicology experiment, The most high dosage in sample have reached the100 times human date amount used and the samara oil soft capsule uses in the human body may regarded as the health and safe foods from the toxicology angle 2. The Vitamin E content in Elaeagnus mollis oil are very high and quite stable; 3. Mice red blood cells SOD activeness in which Elaeagnus mollis oil result does not have the obvious influence. Elaeagnus mollis oil may obviously enhance mouse whole blood GSH - px activeness and obviously reduces mouse liver MDA content, which indicated Elaeagnus mollis oil should have the anti- oxidized function.
