Fufang zhitong Plaster is prepared on the basis of hospital preparation, which had tens of years of clinical use. According to Chinese traditional medicine and natural product medicine requirement No.6(2), we will develop and prepare it into a good new generation plaster with modern science and technology, which had advanced preparation techniques, complete quality standard, accurate pharmacologic function and clinical curative effect. The research project of this thesis mainly consists of five aspects, such as preparation techniques study (extract, purification, dryness and shape-taking technology etc.), experimental research, quality control method study (determination of quality and quantity), preliminary stability investigation and pharmacodynamics study.1. Study on preparation processThe paralled-control and orthogonal trails were conducted. With dried residue rate and the indexes of total aconitine, we select the extract process of the rhizoma of Chinese monkshood. The optimal technical parameters were obtained by screening the variety and dosage of base materials for forming technology.2. Study on experimental researchTakes ten times of raw materials of the single prescription, conducts the experimental research according to the optimal process, and makes three batch numbers of Fufang zhitong plaster, which proves the optimal process is stable and feasible.3. Study on quality control methodEstablish examination items of the preparation general rules of Dianxue with recommended viscosity indication. Set up the composition identified method of Syzygium aromaticum, Cortex Gnnamoni, Flos daturae, and Rhizoma arisaematis by TLC. Establish a method for content determination in Dianxue Plaster by GC and stipulate the minimum limit quantity.On the basis of the above studies, we draw up quality standard craft of Dianxue and its specifications.4. Preliminary stability investigationThe stability test is carried out on the basis of the drug's physics and chemistry character and its applied purpose, referring to tie items requirement of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2000 Ed, Part I, Appendix IP) and the relative items in "The technical requirement on new Chinese traditional medicine quality stability research". The preliminary stability investigation is carried on for three months, which shows the indications are in the qualified rang.5. Study on pharmacodynamicsFufang zhitong Plaster shows better function in anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and huoxue huayu, e.g. for the main pharmocadynamics research. The drug can remarkably improve blood rhelogical function of rat acute blood stagnation model.
