Three Objects That Are White Scattered Anti-tumor Recurrence After Transfer Effect And Its Mechanism

Based on laboratorial researches and related theories, the paper discusses the foundational theories, functions and mechanism of Sanwubaisan (SWB) post-surgery effects on the recurrence and metastasis of tumor.In view of the post-surgery recurrence of tumor and the relationship between the recurrence and metastasis and the proliferation of cancer cells, the paper introduces the following theories in traditional Chinese medicine, such as "fuzheng(syndrome for relapse of disease)", "fuxie(latent pathogen)", "huchang(the defensive environment of tumor)", "zouhuang(carbuncle complicated by septicemia)" and "liuzhu", to demonstrate that the cancer cell existence is the main aspect of post-surgery pathology, as well as the foundation of the recurrence and metastasis. Besides, the surgery destroys the "huchang", so it becomes easy for the remaining tumor cells to invade the blood after the surgery. When the tumor cells mix with the blood and circulate through the body, the disease under discussion occurs. On the basis of the above theories and the book Treatise On Exogenous Febrile Diseases and related discussions made by other doctors, the paper proposes the idea of eliminating pathogen after surgery, using SWB, which has been proved to be effective in resisting tumors. In addition, a further research has been made to demonstrate the effectiveness and mechanism of SWB in the post-surgery study. In the process, modern theories on and experimental methods of the recurrence have been used.The research findings show that SWB has the ability to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of tumor, prolong the lifespan and improve the living standards. Besides, the research also studied the mechanism of SWB on the basis of cells and molecules. It studied the various stages of the recurrence and metastasis by using modern molecular biotechnology and related cell models.
