| Objective To differentiate the syndromes of DHF patients by clinical observation combining to microdiagnosis.To discuss its mechanism from different aspects to provide some new idea in the prevence and treatment of DHF patients. Methods This thesis mainly includes following parts: 1. Introduce the pathogeny, mechanism diagnosis and treatment of DHF through latest literatures of western medicine,especially the molecule biology mechanism and the original diseases.2.Discuss its mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine combining to microdiagnosis.3.Observe 100 DHF patients and differentiate syndromes. Conclusions The insufficiency of Yin is an important aspect in DHF mechanism . Phlegm blood stasis may be the original factor that can lead DHF. |
