Objective: To study the relationship between hydrosalpinx and infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum(UU), Chlamydia Trachomatis(CT), and Neisseria Gonorrhea (NGH); to find the risk factors for infection and hydrosalpinx. To distinguish the syndrome differentiation of hydrosalpinx based on the history and symptoms. Method: Get those patients' cervical secretions and hydrosalpinx fluid, sending to the lab to test. According to the history, physical exam, and lab tests, we can get the syndrome differentiation of hydrosalpinx, and know the relationship between STD and hydrosalpinx. Calculate the infection rate of Ureaplasma Urealyticum, Chlamydia Trachomatis, and Neisseria Gonorrhea, comparing the infection rate between cervical secretions and hydrosalpinx fluid.Result: The respective infection rate of cervical secretions is UU 51.6%, CT 35.5%, NGH 0%, total rate 67.7%; respective infection rate of hydrosalpinx fluid is UU 12.9%, CT 32.3%, NGH 0%, total rate 41.9%. Of the 62 oviducts, 83.9% are hydrosalpinx, 67.7% are bi-lateral hydrosalpinx, 6.5% have adhesion only, 8.1% are good looking. 12.9% of the women were drug-induced aborted, 48.4% artificial aborted. 6 women had the history of purulent appendicitis, 3 of them happening as a child. The symptoms are rare evident. Conclusion: Of the 31 Women, 25 are stagnation of Qi and blood, 2 accumulation of damp-heat, 4 spleen-deficiency. The relationship between pathogens and syndrome differentiation is unknown for limited data. UU and CT can cause hydrosalpinx, and the infection rate is high. Drug-induced abortion and artificial abortion are dangerous factors, purulent appendicitis also can cause hydrosalpinx. The symptoms are unconspicuous, while causing serious result. Prevention is the most important.
