Florfenicol was synthesis in this paper. By combination principle, four new compounds were designed and synthesized combining anti-bacterial drugs (thiamphenicol and one of its intermediate) with the pieces of anti-inflammation drugs.The curcumin is a kind of yellow color contained in Curcuma linga L. Recent studies have shown that it has very strong anti-carcinogenic , antioxidant and anti-inflammation activities. In this paper ,five derivatives of curcumin were synthesized. Four of them are new compounds. The procedure of the handling of tetrahydrocurcumin was improved and the yield was improved. A novel phenomenon of reaction was happening: phenolic hydroxyl group was changed into methoxy group when Mannich Reaction took place.AVC-10 is one kind of lipid soluble derivatives of vitamin C. Vitamin C has strong antioxidant and anti-aging activities. AVC-10 releases Vitamin C in vivo and educes its activities.
