The stroke index was decreased significantly in mice subjected to ischemia -reperfusion (P<0.01 or P<0.05) ; The contents of MDA was cut down and activities of GSH-Px, SOD were increased in mice reduced by ligating two sides carotid artery for 6h (P<0.01 or P<0.05) ; The activities of LDH, ATP-ase were also increased in mice with ischemia-reperfusion (P<0.01 or P<0.05) ; Learning and memory ability of mice caused by ischemia-reperfusion was advanced after being treated with Borneol 2.0, 1.0 mg ? kg^-1 (P<0.01 or P<0.05) .Whole blood clot of mice was cut down with Borneol iv 2.0 mg ? kg^-1 (P<0.01 or P<0.05) ; Euglobulin lysis time of rats was shortened with Borneol iv 1.4, 0.7 mg ? kg^-1 (P<0.05) ; Platelet aggregation caused by ADP and AA was inhibited in vitro with Borneol 40 ug (P<0.05 or P>0.05) .Swimming and crawling bar time of mice for weight loading was obviously...
