Effect Of Serum Containing Bleeding, Fluid And Its On Human Endometrial Spiral Artery Endothelial Cell Nitric Oxide, Endothelin And Structural Effects Of Nitric Oxide Synthase

Purpose: To investigate the mechanisms of Chaihu Zhixueye stopping bleeding to cure the uterus bleeding side-effect with IUD, in order to provide experimental foundation for further investigation of the basic theory of TCM such as liver storing blood, and to provide new thought and method to cure haemorrhagia.Method: we acquire endothelial cell of human spiral arteries by homogenization and enzyme digestion. Then observe the effect of the serum containing Chaihu Zhixueye by testing NO, ET and NO/ET that the endothial cell excrete; the effect of Chaihu Zhixueye by testing cNOS that the endothial cell excrete.Results: ① In the induced abortion group, compare to the blank serum, none of the serum of formulas has statistical difference(P>0.05); In the pregnancy with IUD group, compare to the blank serum, serum of Chaihu Zhixueye and Guipiwan can enhance the contain of NO; In the IUD group, compare to the blank serum, none of the serum of formulas has statistical difference(P>0.05). ② In the induced abortion group, compare to the blank serum, serum of Chaihu Zhixueye middle dose and Guipiwan can enhance the contain of ET; In the pregnancy with IUD group, compare to the blank serum, serum of Chaihu Zhixueye small dose can enhance the contain of ET; In the IUD group, compare to the serum of Chaihu Zhixueye small dose, serum of Guipiwan can enhance the contain of ET. ③ In the induced abortion group, compare to the blank serum, none of the serum of formulas has statistical difference(P>0.05); In the pregnancy with IUD group, compare to the blank serum, serum of Chaihu Zhixueye small dose can reduce the ratio of NO/ET; In the IUD group, compare to the serum of Chaihu Zhixueye small dose, serum of Guipiwan can reduce the ratio of NO/ET; compare to the blank serum, serum of Chaihu Zhixueye small dose enhance the ratio of NO/ET. ④ After culturing NO.3 EC for 24, 48, 72hours, compare to the natural growing group, each of Chaihu Zhixueye small,middle and large dose reduce the contain of cNOS; for NO.4, 8EC, compare to the natural growing group, Chaihu Zhixueye small and large dose reduce the contain of cNOS; for NO.5, 6, 7EC, compare to the natural growing group, none of the formulas has statistical...
