| OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect of the JING JIA capsule on liver injury in mice. METHODS:Two liver injury models induced by CCl4,D-galactosamine(D-GalN)/ Lipopo- lysaccharid(LPS) in mice, pretreatment with JING JIA capsule in mice ,the levels of serum enzyme ALT, AST, and GT were determined .and the effects of survival on acute liver injury were observed. The levels of serum TNF-a activities and DNA damage in mice liver were observed or determined. Pretreatment rats with JING JIA capsule ( 500 mg/kg) significantly reduced the levels of serum enzyme ALT ,. AST, and GT on acute liver injury and have significantly difference compared with control group (p<0.01).Histopathologic examination shows that JING JIA capsule can relieve liver injury in rats, induced by D-GaLND/LPS.CONCLUTION :JING JIA capsule has protective effects for rats acute liver injury induced by CCl4 or D-Galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide in mice. |
