Experimental Study Of The Soft Liver Ning Decoction On Liver Fibrosis In Rats Preventive Effect

objective: To observe the effect of Ruanganning apozem on anti hepatic fibrosis and investigate the mechanism.Method: The experimental hepatic fibrosis model were induced by CCl₄ on Wistar rats . Rats were divided randomly into 4 groups: blank group, HF group, preventive group and therapeutic group of Ruanganning apozem. Several index will be tested and evaluated: hepatic index , Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate transaminase (AST), Hyaluronic acid(HA). Hepatic histopathological observation and immunohistochemical dyeing of Transforming growth factor-β₁ (TGF-β₁)were also tested.Result: 1 histological grade : there were a very significant difference between HF group and preventive group (P<0. 01) , a significant difference between HF and therapeutic groups(P<0. 05). 2 hepatic index: a significant difference between HF and preventive group. 3 The two control groups got a very significantly lower content of ALT, AST and HA compared with the HF group (P<0.01) . 4 The two control groups restrain the expression of TGF-β₁ compared with the HF group.Conclusion: The Ruanganning apozem got an anti hepatic fibrosis action on rats by mechanisms below: the protection on hepatic cell, lessen the hepatic cell damage, induce the degradation of...
