With the advancement of the technique of libration spectroscopy, the study on diagnosing disease by spectra technique has been developed. We could get the information of biologic structure' s variety roundly with the combination of different spectra technique. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and Raman spectrum are efficient techniques of analyzing the structure of molecule. These two spectrum could validate and complement each other. We studied the FTIR and Raman spectrum of the normal and malignant tissues of the lung and get some important conclusions.1. Through the study of FTIR spectrum of the normal and malignant tissues of the lung, we found that great differences could be found. The differences of peak' s intensity' s ratio are more than peak' s position. These differences embody the variety of cell' s structure and shape. The peaks at 1169 cm-1 and 1080 cm-1 shift to long wavenumber in cancerous tissues. The ratio of the relative intensity of CH2 and CH3 is lower in the cancerous tissues; the relative intensity of the stretch vibration of P02- in phosphodiester group is obviously strong; the ratio of the relative intensity of deformed vibration of the adipose molecule and the deoxyribose vibration of CH3 is lower in normal tissues. These differences show that the relative contents of DNA in cancer cellular increase; the structure of the chain of methylene in cell' s lipide changed; the form and structure of hydrogen bonds changed; the lipid is lower in malignant tissues; the acidization could be found in the protein of cell.2. The study of Raman spectrum of the normal and malignant tissues of the lung shows that the peaks at 1394 cm-1 and 1524 cm-1 shift to long wavenumber in cancerous tissues. The intensity' s ratio of I1524/I1610 and I1394/I1237 are different in normal and malignant tissues. These differences...
