Objective To observe the solo-allied expression of the Survivin,Smad4/dpc4 and the APC gene, To study the relation between the three genes and the biological behaviour of colorectal cancer, To approach whether the detection of colorectal cancer is to become a responsive means of screening early carcinoma or not. Methods To detect the expression of Survivin,Smad4/dpc4 and APC gene by SP immunohistochemistry and to scientific analyses, the case from 40 eu— intestine,80 large intestinal adenoma and 80 CRC. Results The positive rate of survivin protein in the eu- intestine, the large intestinal adenoma and CRC were 0(0/40), 35.0% (28/80), 75. 0% (60/80), The positive rate of Smad4/dpc4 protein were 100% (40/40),95. 0% (76/80),78. 8% (63/80)and the positive rate of APC protein were 100% (40/40) ,80.0% (64/80) ,45. 0% (36/80). In the eu - intestine, APC + Smad4/dpc4 Z- expressed is 40 cases, with the incidence of 100% (40/40). In the large intestinal adenoma, the case of two genes expressed are 38, with the incidence of 47.5% (38/80), the case of three genes expressed are 29, with the incidence of 23. 8% (19/80). In the CRC, the case of two genes expressed are 57, with the incidence of 71.3% (57/80) , the case of three genes expressed are 28, with the incidence of 35.0% (28/80). There are 30 cases of APC negative expression in 60 of survivin positive expression, with the incidence of 68.2% (30/ 44) in APC negative expression. There are 15 cases of Smad4/dpc4 negative expression in 60 of survivin positive expression, with the incidence of 88.2% (15/17)in Smad4/dpc4 negative expression. Conclusion The detection of survivin is a new index in early diagnosis of CRC, in overview therapeutic efficacy, in monitoring tumorous palindromia and aversion. It is necessarily revolution in diagnose CRC that energetic search for the positive rate level realm of survivin. The catastrophe or absence of Smad4/dpc4 gene not only induce the genesis of CRC but also encourage its growth, the Smad4/dpc4 is ant - carcinomatous gene intimate correlate to the CRC. To the catastrophe of the APC gene possess very important significance, it can conduce to the research of tumorous aetiology, nosogenesis and early diagnosis. The allied detection of Sur-vivin,Smad4/dpc4,APC gene play a very important role in early diagnosing and healing the CRC.
