When the malignant tumor exists in its early stage, the host (patient attacked by the tumor) has no any self-symptoms, and this kind of disease, tumor, is a type of low- probability incident in morbidity. Few potential patients might be screened out by large-scale clinical examination, for the tumor deriving from the digestive duct, there are so many instruments such as amplifo-endoscope, ultra-endoscope, dye-endoscope, having been used for detecting the malignant tumors in the early stage, but the effectiveness of mass survey is very weak in generally, so they can not become the basic screening methods to use, and how to establish a kind of quick. and real-time screening to lock the minute and early focus is of very importance.With the progress of computer technology, especially making use of the computer's predominance of quick-speed in operation, it is possible for the computer to distinguish the minute and early pathological focus from the normal tissue. In this paper, the arithmetic of Hues's(H's) and Saturation's(S's) Average of Region-Grads(HSARG) and the arithmetic of Wave-Frequency's Integral of Gradation(WFIG) were used to analyse the collected images of esophagus by quick, real-time operation, the two kinds of arithmetic,combining the favorableness of quickness and simpleness, have avoided the complicated circulative operation, and lent itself to real-time analysis of the minute and early focus of esophagus.The research results showed that, the image-operative software, based on the two kinds of arithmetic mentioned above, has some effects on discriminating the esophagus's focus, such as esophagitis, early carcinoma of esophagus, middle-late carcinoma of esophagus and atypical hyperplasia of esophagus one another, which could be regarded as a kind of accessorial diagnostic measure to screen out the early and minute focus of esophagus.
