Agl Plant Extraction Of Active Ingredients And Pharmacodynamics

objective: To study the chemical constituents of AGL seed. Methods: Separation and purification were performed on polyamide, silica gel and ODS reverse phase gel column chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis. Results: Five compounds were identified as luteolin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),diosmetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3),chrysoeriol(4),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5).Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
