| Objective:Observing the curative effect of the traditional Chinese herb medicine ShenMaiHuaJiangZhiGranule(SMHJZGranule) on hyperlipidemia(HLP) and through clinical experiments,probing the medicinism and the impact of SMHJZGranule on the related indexs of hyperlipidemia patients.It will provide credible theory for clinical use. Methods:1. select patientsAccording with the following 4 conditions,then this patient can be brought into clinical examination:(l)primary hyperlipidemia, according with hyperlipidemia's diagnosis standard which this project establishs, this patient doesn't accept cure;or take medicine of hyperlipidemia,but he doesn't take medicine of hyperlipidemia now,and according with hyperlipidemia's diagnosis standard which this project establishs.(2)according with Chinese traditional medicine's diagnosis standard which this project establishs.(3)age beongs 18-65 years old.(4)The patient accepts this clinical examination,and signs correlative document.2. delete patientsAccording with the following anyone conditions,then this patient can't be brought into clinical examination:(l)age doesn't beongs 18-65 years old.(2)pregnant woman or suckling period woman.(3)accompanying other serious diseases.(4)using other medicines. 3.clinical patientsAll patients come from the outpatient department or inpatient of my hospital, 60 patients accord with hyperlipidemia's diagnosis standard and were divided randomly into the treatment group and antitheses group, There were 30 patients in each group without significant differences in sex,age,symptom pattern among tow groups(P > 0.05). 4.treatment project:(1)treatment group:SMHJZGranule P.o.(2)antitheses group:ZBTP P.o.(3)treatment time:4 weeks. 5.observation index: 5.1 safety observation:(1)medical examination(avoirdupois. blood pressure, heart rate).(2)the blood-routine,the urine-routine,the stool-routine.(3)electrocardiogram, liver function, kidney function. |
