Observed the ultrastructural pathological states of macrophage under t ransmission electron microcope.ResultsThe rats in model group appeared the natrium difference generally, moved so little; the extrados was addicted to rests; the wool color turned yellow; lacked luster and dropped the hair seriously,etc. The big rats in normal group lively actived,and showed luminous of the wool color, the appetite were exuberant.The blood fats horizontal between model group and normal group had the remarkable difference (P<0.01); After the treatment, TC, TG, LDL-c reduced, HDL-c elevated: Compared with model group, TG, LDL-c in low group reduced firmly, HDL-c elevates had the difference (P<0.05), TC reduces had the obvious difference (P<0.01); High dosage group and western medicine control group had the obvious difference with it (P<0.01).
