Objective:The disease of cerebral and blood vessel is a familiar disease and taken place frequently and the ratio of death and lameness are both high, thereinto, the cerebral ischemia is more familiar.At the present time,the primary factor of mechanism of cerebral ischemia reperfusion(IR) is known to anti-cruor and the change of white cells adhesiving to the surface of endothelial cells(EC).Brought from EC, along with the aggravation of the degree of trauma of EC ,von Willebrand inside the EC decrease, but the content of vWF in blood increase. So to examine the level of vWF in blood can be the reflection of function and degree of trauma of EC; The interaction of t-PA and PAI on the surface of EC is the important tache of fine dissolving.The decrease of t-PA synthesized and released by EC and increase of PAI-1 maybe the dangerous factor to happeness of disease of thrombus.This research is to explore into the effects on vWF,t-PA and PAI-1 brought from EC after cerebral IR of the model rats with the right median embolized.And the effect of electric acupuncture(EA) in shuigou and neiguan points on them. Method:Eighty SD rats of which male and female is half and half are randomly and evenly assigned to control ,sham-operation,IR-12hr IR-24hr, IR-72hr, IR-12hr-EA, IR-24hr-EA and IR-72hr-EA groups.Cerebral IR model is established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery for 30min and then removal of the occlusion for 12,24 and 72hr respectively.The nerve function obstacle grade adopts the standard of Zea-Longa'; Apply respectively the method of immunity and chromogenic sub-object to observe the effects of cerebral IR and EA on contentsof vWF in serum, and t- PA, PAI-1 in blood plasma. Result:1.IR can obviously injury the model rats' normal behavior;And EA can distinctly improve the abnormity of their behavior( P<0.05).2.The contents of vWF and PAI-1 I of the model rats increase as the time goes,while that of t- PA decrease(compared between control groups ,sham-operation groups and EA groups P<0.05).3.EA can modulat down the expression of the level of vWF and PAI-1,while enhance that of t- PA(model groups compared to control groups,sham-operation groups,P<0.05;EA groups compared with model groups,P<0.05). Conclusion:1. IR can obviously injury the model rats' normal behavior;And EA can distinctly improve the abnormity of their behavior.2. EC is injured after cerebral IR ,and vWF increase in blood serum,at the same time ,t-PA decrease,PAI-1 increase in blood plasma,thus activity of the fibre dissoving depress.3.
