Study On Distribution Of Clinical Syndromes Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

This study was under the guidance of pattern identification and treatment of the Chinese medicine theory. By the semiology method, the diabetic pathogenesis and the developing rule of Chinese medicine are indicated. It can give great effort to the clinical practice, improve the curative effect and the treatment level.The paper includes the literature summary and clinical observation.The literature summary is named the Chinese Medicine Study of Diabetes Mellitus. It discusses the pathogenesis of diabetes using traditional Chinese medical knowledge and the clinical therapy method through pattern identification and treatment. At last it brings forward the present situation and the prospect.The part of the clinical observation study, I selected 175 patients whom were diagnosed type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). Through the questionnaires of the semiology survey, the result shows that, in different period of T2DM, the semiotic distribution is different. Xueyuzheng has universality in both xiaoke period and xiaodan period. The degree of jierezheng and xueyuzheng in xiaodan period are higher than it in xiaoke period. Both jierezheng and xueyuzheng has notable correlation with HbA1c. Xueyuzheng is interrelated to all the diabetic complications.
