The Flavored Gualouxiebai Decoction On Experimental Myocardial Ischemia In The Rat Heart Protective Effect

Objective To discuss the possible protective mechanism of Gualou Xiebai Decoction added with the wister rats of experimental ischemia by studying the influence to Electro-cardiogram, micro-structure,Bcl-2/Bax,P53,Casepase-3 and VEGF. Method Selected eighty Wister rats and distributed them into eight groups at random (placebo contrast, model, high dosage, medium dosage, low dosage, decoction without Huangqi, decoction with Hangqijiagan and propranolol group).Each group was fed dividedly by two weeks, then recorded the ECG. Following, fed by another two weeks, killed the rats and dyed the hearts tissue with HE and SABC, at meanwhile took the blood for checking VEGF. Result The groups of the medium dosage, decoction with Hangqijiagan and the propranolol can prevent the impairment of myocardium and ECG effectively caused by Isoprenaline, as similar as the placebo contrast.Contrasted with the model group, the groups of the medium dosage, decoction with Hangqijiagan and the propranolol can arrest notably in expression of P53,Casepase-3,and improve notably in the expression of Bcl-2/Bax.(P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the groups of the medium dosage, decoction with Hangqijiagan and the propranolol can lower notably the VEGF(P <0.05). Compared with the propranolol group,the groups of the medium dosage, decoction with Hangqijiagan also lower notably the VEGF(P <0.05). Conclusion thegroups of the medium dosage, decoction with Hangqijiagan and the propranolol can stop the apoptosis of myocardial cells by arresting the expression of P53 ,Casepase-3 and regulating the expression of Bcl-2/Bax.Even more, the groups of the medium dosage, decoction with Hangqijiagan are more effective than the group of propranolol.
