Objective:Alcohol and HIFU and Lidocaine combined with HIFU were respectively used for blocking the CG of rabbit in this experiment, then we observed and compared the changes of Bp between three means as well as the changes of ganglionic morphology induced by alcohol and HIFU, so provide the experimental basis for safely using HIFU to block CG to treat the pain of epgastric region terminal cancer. Mothods: 21 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups(A, B, C ). Dissected and exposured CG , then the CG of group A was blocked by alcohol, B was expoursed to HIFU (25W/cm2 10s), C was blocked by Lidocaine and HIFU(25W/cm2 10s), Using BL-410 Biological Function System continuously record the changes. Compare the changes of Bp at 0, 1, 3, 5, 10min after CG being blocked . Resected CG for morphologic observation finally. Results: The changes of ganglionic morphology of B were severe compared B. The Bp of A was descend at 3min(P<0.01), B was descend at 0min(P<0.01), C has no obvious changes all along. The Bp of B was descend more remarkable at every time point compared C. A was descend more remarkable at 0min, 1min(P<0.01). Conclusion: HIFU blocking CG have more influence on homodynamic than alcohol. It maybe correlate with the more obviouse injue to CG that prouduced by HIFU.
