Objective: to investigate relationship of glucose and lipid disorder with insulin resistance and macrovascular disease. Method: 37 diabetic patients with macrovascular disease, 39 diabetic patients without macrovascular disease, 38 non-diabetic patients with macrovascular diserse were surveyed on their bmi,glucose,lipid,blood pressure. Results: average of bmi,tc,tg,ins,glu,homair were significantly higher in diabetic group. Patients with macrovascular disease group were observed with more higher blood pressure,ldl and lower hdl. There are relevance between homair and bmi,tc,tg,sbp,dbp. Conclusion: insulin resistance can result glucose and lipid disorder and high blood pressure, which is strong risk factor of macrovascular disease.
