| Aim:In this experiment, we observed the infection of the rats which were caught Alcoholic Liver Disease with Jiapigegen yin and the acupuncture in specifical points, and discussed the possible mechanism.Method: An animal model of alcoholic liver injury was established by oral 56° alcoholic and high fat food to rats for 6 weeks, and simultaneously a comparison was made among Jiapigegen yin, the acupuncture "neiguan" with Jiapigegen yin and the acupuncture "gan shu" with Jiapigegen yin. The aminotransferase and (TG) in serum , GSH-PX and Mg2+-ATPase in the organization of liver and ultrastructure were detected.Results: Jiapigegen yin has the ability to restrain fat denaturalization in liver, reduces the aggradation of fat dripping, furbishes the capability of liver ; puncturing "ganshu" xue can strengthen the effect of treatment. |
