Method: Early gravidity rat (Ru486) were divided into four groups in random. Videlicet, Mifepristone group, Oxytocic hormone group, The collocystis of Gong tai fu yue kang group, Qu yu suo gong tang (QYSGT) group, From the 7th day to the 14th day after rat cyophoria, different drugs were manipulat to these groups by the planning medicine correspondingly before sacrifice these groups, the indicatrix were determinded as follow: the content of nitrogen monoxidum (NO), nitricoxide synthase (NOS) , and the hematoplasma endothelin (ET-1) in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular.Consequence: The medicinal broth of Qu yu suo gong tang (QYSGT) can degrade obviously the content of nitrogen monoxidum (NO) , nitricoxide synthase (NOS) , in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular . to compare with Mifepristone group, the varianceises were significance (P<0.01). and QYSGT can also raise the hematoplasma endothelin (ET-1) in the venous blood of the Rat. The distinctions were significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: The medicinal broth of Qu yu suo gong tang (QYSGT) can degrade the contents of nitrogen monoxidum (NO), nitricoxide synthase (NOS), and raise the levels of the hematoplasma endothelin (ET-1) in the tissues homogenate of the uterus muscular This may be responsible for the therapeutics of the haemorrhagia uterina which in result medicamentum embryotocia (Ru486). |
