Intracerebral hemorrhage is a dangerous and crisis type in acutecerebrovascular diseases. Its incidence, mortality and disability rate are allrelative high. Survival patients always obtain different degrees of neuralmalfunction. Serious cases may endanger human life and health. Afterintracerebral hemorrhage, it results in a series of pathological and physicalchanges, the mechanism of which involves multi-links. Inflammatory reaction, free radicals damage and other secondary damages happened after intracerebralhemorrhage all play important roles, which may induce to cerebral edema, aggravate brain damages. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicinetheory, Qingkailing Injection plays a more and more important role in treatmentof cerebrovascular diseases. However, during long period of clinic adoption,Qingkailing Injection also gradually exposed its limitation. There exist manyadverse reactions. In order to reduce the rate of adverse reactions, weparticularly make a secondary development of Qingkailing Injection. Searchingfor a new medicine which is much safe and reliable, can reduce the rate of adversereactions, even may put an end to adverse reaction is the aim of this experiment. The novel medicine is New Qingkailing Injection, which formed based on variationfrom original Qingkailing Injection. This experiment proceeded with the NewQingkailing Injection?ˉs effects on inflammatory reaction during stage ofexperimental rats?ˉ intracerebral hemorrhage, free radicals damage, andcerebral edema, to discuss therapeutic effect and its mechanism of NewQingkailing Injection. Main content and conclusion of this research: I.The set-up of acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage rat model Monitor the expression of TNF-|á, IL-1|?, and SOD of rats?ˉ cerebral tissuesat different time of intracerebral hemorrhage. Results show that both cerebralTNF-|á and IL-1|? levels of the intracerebral hemorrhage rats in 48h group areobviously higher than those of normal group (P??0.05). And both of them reachedpeak value at this moment. The difference of rats cerebral tissue?ˉs SOD contentat different time is unobvious. And brain tissue?ˉs SOD content in 24h grouphas a trend to increase compared with normal group. It is inconsistent withprevious reports. Analyzing the reason, it may be due to a compensatoryincreasing trend of brain tissue?ˉs SOD during acute stage of intracerebralhemorrhage. To conclude with above factors, it is clear that at 48h ofintracerebral hemorrhage, expression of rat brain tissue?ˉs TNF-|á andIL-1|? are most strived. Adopting anti-inflammation therapy during this timewill effectively control inflammatory reaction. Therefore, 48h is selected asthe key point to evaluate therapeutic effect of New Qingkailing Injection tocontrol inflammatory reaction during acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage. II. Experiment and research on New Qingkailing Injection?ˉs treatment onrats during acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage 1. New Qingkailing Injection?ˉs Effect on TNF-|á in brain tissue of ratswith intracerebral hemorrhage: Both Qingkailing Injection and New QingkailingInjection may obviously reduce TNF-|á content £¨P??0.01, P??0.05£? in braintissue of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage. But difference between them isunobvious. Research result shows that both Qingkailing Injection and NewQingkailing Injection may effectively control inflammatory reaction duringacute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage, and may release secondary damages afterintracerebral hemorrhage due to inflammatory reaction. 2. New Qingkailing Injection?ˉs effect on SOD in brain tissue of rats withintracerebral hemorrhage: New Qingkailing Injection may obviously increase SODcontent £¨P??0.01£? in brain tissue of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage.Compared with model group, difference of SOD content in brain tissues of ratsin Qingkailing Injection group is unobvious. But the difference betweenQingkailing Injection group and New Qingkailing Injection group is obvious£¨P??0.05£?. Research findings show that New Qingkailing Injection may...
