Object: Probing the close relationship between phlegm and senescence under the direction of TCM theory , then through experiment study , to confirm the mechanism of the correlativity , so as to offer warranty of theory for postpone senescence from resolving phelgm.Methods: The wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group; model group; Vitamin E-C group; QTKSF (Quetankangshuaifang) preventing low dose group; QTKSF preventing large dose group.The aging mouse model of phlegm syndrome was induced by subcutaneous injection of 12. 5% D-Galactose on the back near neck daily in combine with high fat diet and the warm-wet environment (35℃ ) for four weeks. We observed malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-PGF1α ), thromboxane B2 (TXB2)Results: 1. The contents of TC and TG was increased obviously in model group, QTKSF can decreased it, There were very significant changes. 2. QTKSF groups all can increase the contents of SOD and decrease the contents of MDA. Especially the large dose group,There was a very significant changes, it have the better effect than the Vitamin E-C. 3. The contents of 6-keto-PGF1α was decreased obviously in model group than normal control group, QTKSF can can increase it.The content of TXB2 was obviously higher in model group than in normal control group, QTKSF can decrease the content of TXB2 significantly.Conclusion: There were many changes in model group, such as:the decrease of SOD; the increase of MDA in blood serum, the increase of TC, TG in blood serum; the decrease of 6-keto-PGF, α ; the increase of TXB2 in blood serum. QTKSF can decrease the contents of free radical, adjust the metabolizability of the lipide , holding the balance of PGI2/ TXA2 , Though these it can postpone senescence.
