Plantago Polysaccharide Pellets Laxative Preparations

This paper focuses on the research of polysacchride in the Plantaginis semen. There are two parts in the paper. The first part is the pharmic research. The experiments in the part are conserning on such following: 1. Through prepared experiments, a best extraction method of plantasan was made by orthogonal experiment design. 2. The experiment of ethanol ratings precipitates to make sure its best craft. 3. Content determination of the polysaccharide and single sugar of the plantasan. In the second part , we investigate the toxicology , general pharmacology and the clinical trial study of the plantasan.
