| Using prospective research method, the study had a deep and particular research into the patients who were treated by a new therapy, Chinese medicine combining with Argon-helium cryoablation ,then draw a conclusion of the curative effect in respects of image, complication, quality of life, behavior pattern and existing deadline. The study tries to research the curative effect of this new therapy method to treat liver cancer, and explore a new multiple treatment of cancer . Result: ①Image monitoring in surgery:Totle effective rate reaches 95.24% and there is little and light complication in and after surgery . ②The effective rate of cancer is 56.25 % in 3 months and 45.45 % in 6 months.The change of the entity tumour concernes with state and size of the cancer, history of the case and the condition of the surgery. ③The symptom of lacking strength, liver pain, torpid intake, abdominal distention and emaciation mitigate are main symptoms of these patients. In statistics, the symptoms of lacking strength and torpid intake 14 days after the surgery and the symptom of lacking strength has striking difference from these symptoms before surgery. ④The behavior pattern and quality of life all were improved after the treatment. ⑤Qi vacuity, Yin vacuity, Qi stagnation and Blood stasis are main symptom of liver cancer patients. Seven days after the operation, Qi vacuity become more serious but there are not striking difference by statistics. Fourteen days after the operation, Qi vacuity and Qi stagnation all become less serious and there are striking difference by statistics from these symptoms before surgery. ⑥Existing time and existing rate: Although the most part of these patiants belong to later period of liver cancer, most people live longer than the time they were expected and existing rate has been improved. Conclusion: ①The result of image and curative effect is directly related to the range of freezing, meanwhile stage of tumor, limits of cancerous, number and size of the transferred tumor, the extent being encroached on and controlling of operation. ②In this therapy, the trad. ch. Medicine has function of boosing Qi and harmonizing the spleen and stomach. The symptom of lacking strength being easer and appetite being improved are beneficial for quality of life and anticipated future. ③The treatment of Chinese medicion combining with Argon-helium cryoablation improve appetite and physical power of patiants, thus the state of behavior and quality of life. According to statistics, there are remarkable diversity between the condition before the surgery and 1 month after the surgery,so dose 3 month. ④The main symptoms of liver cancer are Qi vacuity, Yin vacuity, Qi stagnation and Blood stasis. After the operation, Qi vacuity become more serious in short term. But because of the light injure and effect of Chinese medical,patiants restore energy speedly, Qi vacuity, Yin vacuity and Qi stagnation all become better after taking Chinese medical orally and by intravenous injection, but blood stasis change little. ⑤This therapy is beneficial to improving living rate and existing time. ⑥The pathomechanism of liver cancer patiants are vacuity-repletion complex.The principle of treatment should be simultantous supplementation and attack.Supplement and boost Qi and Yin, fortify the spleen and rectify Qi, support right Qi before surgery.
