| Purpose Standard clinical experiments are carried out according to GCP(Good Clinical Practice) principle, which treat children' s pneumonia according to syndrome, stage, period and pathogen respectively, then explore the development regularity of its syndrome of TCM, finally define the curative effect of synthetical treatment of TCM. Method 1. Standard clinical experiments are carried out according to GCP(Good Clinical Practice) principle, which means to carry on clinical experiments of children' s pneumonia by means of random, double blind, control and multicenter methods. 2. To define the standardized TCM' s synthetical prevention and cure programme by clinical experiments and to explore and valuate the curative effect of treating children' s pneumonia and relieving the TCM' s symptom of children' s pneumonia. 3. On the basic of clinical experiments explore the distribution regularity and development characteristic of TCM' s syndrome of children' s pneumonia in different periods ,different regions and of different pathogens. Result 1. The cure rate and clear effect rate of treatment group are increased by 7. 5% than control group and curative effect of TCM' s syndrome are increased by 7. 2%. There are differences in the grade of lung' s sign and single syndrome such as cough , phlegm and asthma between treatment group and control group in different observation spot. 2. There are different development regularity and characteristics in children' s pneumonia of different observation spot in different groups and different regions, meanwhile, it' s different in different regions and different Pathogen in different seasons. Conclusion 1. This synthetical treatment programme can notably increase the cure rate and clear effect rate of children' s pneumonia , improve its TCM' s syndrome and enhance its syndrome effect. 2. The syndrome of children' s pneumonia is different in different regions .There are different distribution of pathogen in different regions and seasons . |
