Medroxyprogesterone Acetate In Combination With Chemotherapy Drugs For Lung Adenocarcinoma Cells (of H1299) Role

Objective: MPA+chemotherapy is becoming the hot spot of tumour researches. The effect that MPA treat the cancer of breast,prostate and throid was found in 1970s.The Effect of MPA in lung cancer major in improvement of life quality. The purpose of the experiment is to investigate the effect of MPA in HI299 by MPA+ chemotherapy drug(EADM or DDP) And supply experiment data for clinical therapy.Method: The HI299 were divided into three groups: EADM alone and MPA(5umol/L)+EADM and MPA(10umol/L)+EADM. We test the inhibition of cell by MTT . Necrosis of cell was observed.by microscope. Necrosis of cell was analysed by flow cytometry.. The H1299 were divided into four groups (I)conirol group, (2) MPA group (3) EADM(DDP) (4) EADM(DDP)+MPAResult; (1) MPA+EADM is more effictive in H1299 cell in the contralion of EADM( 2.5umol/L,5mol/L,7.5mol/L,10mol/L) than EADM alone. And EDAM+MPA(10umol./L)have satisfies value in too.(2)DDP+MPA couldn't see the significent effect commparing DDP alone.(P>0.05) (3) It has no effect in HI299 by MPA alone.Conclusion: MPA+EADM has more significent effect in HI299 than EADM alone. But DDP+MPA has no effect in H1299 comparing thereapy by DDP alone. It has no effect of killing HI299 by MPA alone.
