OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture on expression of heat-shock protein90 in the acute myocardial ischemic area in hearts of rabbits. METHODS: 30 healthy adult rabbits were randomly devided into Sgroups. Electroacupunture was given at the point of Neiguan after the ligation of the anterion descending branch of the left coronary antery for 10 min,with ECG monitoring.At last,cardial tissue was taken. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities and malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in serumtissue were determined. RESULTS: Electroacupunture could significantly increase the expressions of HSP90 in the hearts. Electroacupunture could significantly increase SOD activities and decrease MDA contents in serum. CONCLUSION: Electroacupunture could significantly increase the expressions of HSP90 in the hearts of rabbits. |
