| Objective Through glutin lining cuvette wall ,to investigate the anti-cruor function of glutin in-vitro. Methods The thirty cuvettes were divided into two groups randomly, fifteen cuvettes in every group. The wall of the experiment were lined by 30% glutin and were attached of a thin glutin. The thin glutin was freezed quickly in indoor temperature and then the wall of the experiment was attached of a thin glutin . Every cuvette was infused into 1ml new blood and observe the clot time of the blood in cuvette in 20 centigrade. Results The concreting time of the blood is 19.3±3.5 min in the control and 50.2±2.7 min in the experiment .the result was significantly different(P<0.001).Conclusion The glutin have significant effect on anti-cruor in the out-body. ... |
