Clinical Observations, In The The Shenqi Ling Gui Oral Treatment Of Idiopathic Dilated Cardiomyopathy

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the certain therapeutic effect of Shen Qi Ling Gui juice for oral use on patients of deficiency of heat-Qi and heart-yang with dilated cardiomyopathy primarily;To approach its methanism of action; To fathom the safety and adverse reaction of Shen Qi Ling Gui juice for oral use.METHODSIt was a random research compared with masculine medicine . Fifty-two patients with dilated cardiomyopathy primarily were randomly divided into experiment group and control group according to proper visiting order.The two group was both 26 patients. The control group took hadroheart medicine,expanding blood vessel medicine ,emictory and anti-arrhythmic conventionally. The experiment group not only took the same convention western medicine ,but also took Shen Qi Ling Gui juice for oral use 100ml,twice daily. The groups' course of treatment were both six weeks. Exam blood-rt, urine-rt , stool-rt, hepatic function , renal function , blood rheology, Holtter, sternite and heart supersound of all patients in pretherapy and post-treatment . Observe the main clinical symptom and physical sign fortnightly interval . To evaluate all the indexes above and compare the therapeutic effect between two groups .RESULTS1 compare of disease therapeutic effect :The total effective rate of experiment group and control group was 95.2% and 65.4% respectively after six weeks treatment. The differences between two groups were statistically significant , P < 0.05. The therapeutic effect of experiment group surpassed that of control group .2 compare of therapeutic effect in traditional Chinese medicine penthemeron: The excellence rate of experiment group and control group was 46.2% and 7.7% respectively after six weeks treatment . The differences between two groups were statistically significant , P < 0.01. The therapeutic effect of experiment group surpassed that of control group obviously.3 compare of main examination indexes:ratio of heart-breast in sternite, the therapeutic effect of premature ventricular contraction in Holtter,the indexes of blood rheology and the indexes of heart supersound all improved after post-treatment . The differences between two groups were statistically significant , P < 0.05. The therapeutic effect of experiment group surpassed that of control group .4 Both medicine had no obvious effect to the hepatic function , renal function , blood-rt, urine-rt, stool-rt of all patients . The obvious adverse reaction did not occur during experiment in two groups.CONCLUSIONConvention western medicine and Shen Qi Ling Gui juice for oral use can improve clinical symptom and physical sign and the examination indexes of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy primarily.Its therapeutic effect is better than convention western medicine ,and it had not obvious adverse reaction .So Convention western medicine and Shen Qi Ling Gui juice for oral use is safe and effective in treating dilated cardiomyopathy. It is worth generalizing to clinical use .
