Heat Circulation, Solid Clinical Observations, Treated Central Menstruation

Object ive:To observe the clinical effect of Qingrehuayuguchong Formula (QF for short) on treating Uterine Bleeding caused by IUD,to explore the possible mechanism and provide scientific basis for the clinical application of it. Methods:40 cases of Uterine Bleeding caused by IUD were divided into two groups randomly as Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and western-medicine control group.Each of them contained 20 cases and was given QF and Norf loxacin +Andrenobazon (N&A for short) respectively for orally taking. Both groups started at 3thday during the menstrual period and lasted 7 days, a course contained three menstrual cycles, we valuated the clinical effect of each group after a course.We choose the effect of regulating menstruation and scores of the clinical symptoms before and after the treatment as the observing indexes. Results:1.The recovery rate of QF is 40%, the total effective rate is 90%; which of N&A is 15% and 60% respectively. By means of statistics analysis, there is statistical difference between these two groups on the clinical effect ( P<0. 05) .It states that the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.2.On the effect of regulating menstruation, the effective rate of QF is 85%, the effective rate of N&A is 55%. There is statistical difference between these two groups ( P<0. 05 ) .It shows that the effect of regulating menstruation of QF is better than that of N&A.3. Both groups can ameliorate correlate clinical symptoms in certain level.Comparing each group on the same symptoms after treating,the treatment group has significant difference from the control group on the amelioration of reducing the menstrual weigh,making better the menstrual color and texture,polydipsia, constipatation, yellow urine, etc. ( P< 0. 05 ), there is no significant difference between the two groups on the amelioration of the other symptoms (P>0. 05) .4.The investigation of the relative factors and the clinical effect shows that the effect is relevant to age, course of wearing IUD, patient' s state, course of the illness and course of treatment. The clinical effect of the younger, shorter course of wearing IUD, slighter state, lower stage and longer course of treatment is probably better than the others. Conclusion:QF can treat Uterine Bleeding caused by IUD and ameliorate thecorrelate symptoms through its good effect of regulating menstruation and regulating the body as a whole.It is suggested that via changing the blood rheology, anti-inflammation and improving the general immunologica 1 function,QF had an excellent therapeutic effect for Uterine Bleeding caused by IUD.
