| Objective: To observe the analgesic effect and related mechanism of Juantong Decoction on the hyperalgesia animal models.Methods: 1. The hyperalgesia animal models were made from rats stimulated by the Cnloroform on the skin. 2.The PWT of all the rats were measured before given drug and after given drug.3.Given drug for 4 days, the content of Norepinephrine , Dopamine and 5-Hydroxytryptamine in the blood and the brain stem of all the rats were measured. 3. Observe the nerves in the skin that stimulated by the Cnloroform by the method of Golgi.Results: 1. Before given drug ,the PWT of the normal group was higher than other groups, that means the hyperalgesia model is founded successfully. Three dose group showed significantly analgesic effect than other groups at the each time point after given drug but high dose group at 30 minutes (P<0.05, P<0. 01). Juantong Decoction at middle dose showed the best effect which achieved the highest effect at the point of 90 minutes and whose analgesic effect lasted for more than half hour.2. Juantong Decoction at each dose could reduce the content of NE and DA in the blood and brain stem and develop the content of 5-HT in the brain stem of all the rats.Conclusions : Juantong Decoction has good analgesic effect on the hyperalgesia of the skin. And it is one of the mechanisms that Juantong Decoction can adjust the content of NE, DA and 5-HT in the blood and brain stem. |
