OBJECTIVE: The purpose of the present study is to research the acute effects of low(0.3g /kg) and morderate (0.64 g/kg) dose of alcohol on HAN population,s AN(autonomic nerve) and coordinate motor .METHODS: A total of 21 healthy adults(17 males and 4 females, 22-30years, mean 28± 2.3 years) who had no allergy to alcohol and no dependancy of alcohol were observed. Before and after intaking alcohol or food, they were examined blood pressure and heart rate variability with HPS( Heart Period Signal) analys,s system under both the supine and the upright posture. The coordinate motor and BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration ) were examined after intaking alcohol. The contrast study was examined the HRV and blood pressure. The relations were analysed among the BAC, HRV, The coordinate motor and blood pressure.RESULTS: Intaking only food , there were no significant effects on AN and blood pressure. After drinking, the heart rate rised and the TPV(Total Power Value) decreased significantly. After intaking low dose of alcohol and under the supine posture, the parasympathetic activity decreased significantly. After intaking moderate dose of alcohol both the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nerve,s activity were reduced under the supine and upright posture. The diastolic pressure decreased with 0.3 g/kg alcohol . Both the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure decreased under either posture with 0.64 g/kg, as well as with 0.3 g/kg under upright posture. After intaking 0.64 g/kg alcohol, the systolic pressure lowered as compared with 0.3 g/kg alcohol under supine posture. 4 subjects showed ataxia with 0.3 g/kg alcohol, and were aggravated with 0.64 g /kg. In addition to, 2 subjiects showed ataxia with 0.64 g/kg. The was no relation between BAC and the changes of AN, blood pressure, as well as the ataxia. CONCLUSION: With acute alcohol ,the function of both the parasympathetic and the sympathetic nerve were inhibited, the blood pressure decreased and someone with ataxia. It is bad to adapt to the needs of changeable circumstance. So after drinking, people,s competence for skill and precise work is decreased, especially there is a latent danger in driving and high space work.
