Object: To design part of systems of laser-induced autofluorescence diagnosis instrument for early-colorectal cancer to detect and locate tumor tissue non-invasively and accurately in early stage by laser induced fluorescence and laser optical theory.Methods: Characteristical differences of autofluoresent spectrum of tumorous colorectal tissue and normal tissue were analyzed by laser spectrum and its transmitting theory in human body. Furthermore, pathologic status of normal tissue is distinguished. Under this theoretical foundation, we developed and manufactured laser-induced autofluorescence diagnosis instrument that has high sensitivity and high signal to noise for early-colorectal cancer. It is feasible in clinic.Result: The diagnostic instrument is mainly made up of ultraviolet laser light resource, spectrum analytical of scanning type system, software and central door-locks system and computer system. The light source of laser is composed of four frequency-ranged laser. Its termination outputs 370nm ultraviolet laser and it can also independently supply laser beams of other three frequent ranges. Ultraviolet laser enters human body through optical fiber by the aid of endoscopes, by which detecting tumors tissue in vitro and in real time. Computer analysis software deals with autofluorescent stigma spectrum of tumors tissueentered into detecting system by spectrum analytical of scanning type system and printer types the result. Laser-induced autofluorescence diagnosis instrument for early-colorectal cancer is designed sleekly and up to date, and possesses human nature. It's convenient to operate and favorable to use.Conclusion: laser-induced autofluorescence diagnosis instrument for early-colorectal cancer has reasonable distribution, stable characteristics, powerful anti-interaction, and accurate fluorescence. It supplies an effective method for detecting and localizing tumors tissue in early stage.
