| Senescence and decease are nature rule and a biologic phenomena, with the proceeding of aging,a serial diseases associating with aging add up,for example Parkinson' s disease , Alzheimer' s disease, Autoimmune disease etc. Study the mechanism of senescence and improve the quality of aging people become more important with the aging society coming.With the systemic summary and study to the theory and clinic of senescence about Traditional Chinese Medicine,we think senescence is mainly deficiency of essence of kidney and pleen with the following gradual deficiency of essence of WuZhang. at the same time, it has the stagnant of Qi , blood and phlegm, so we bring forward the assumption that from the overall aspect : supplying the kidney and pleen mainly and promoting the Qi and blood, dissolving the phlegm to retard the aging.Divided 60 mouses into 6 groups. Make the mouses becoming aging model injecting D-gal from neck-back skin except the control group, and treat them with various quantity of Bandang and GuBenYanShuaifang. we observed that contrast with the model,Bandang and its fufang have the following functions:1 improve the histology pathologic transformation of cerebral cortex and hippocampus nerve cell; 2, enhance the lymphoid cell proliferation;3 obviously increase the interleukin 2 and its receptor. GuBenYanShuaifang is more effective than Bandang and high dose groups is super than low dose groups.The experiment concentrating study the function of how Bandang and its fufang prescription treat aging from immune aspect. Become the experimental base of retarding aging and guard against aging disease. |
